Doduwalibulialahalli Kempegowda Shivakumar, also known by his initials as D. K. Shivakumar, is an Indian politician and businessman who is the 9th and Current Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka and also Water resources and Bengaluru Development and Town Planning & Bengaluru Urban District Incharge Minister since 20 May 2023 as a member of the Indian National Congress.
