The Hudson's Bay Company is a Canadian holding company of department stores, and the oldest corporation in North America. It is the owner of the namesake Hudson's Bay department stores, and also owns or manages approximately 3.7 million square metres of gross leasable real estate through its HBC Properties and Investments business unit.
