Walgreens is an American pharmacy store chain. It is the second largest in the United States, behind CVS Health's CVS Pharmacy. It specializes in filling prescriptions, health and wellness products, health information, and photo services. As of March 2025, the company operated more than 8,700 stores in the U.S.
