Susan L. Wiles is an American political consultant and lobbyist who has served as the 32nd White House chief of staff since 2025. She is the first woman to hold the position.
Wiles graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1978. While attending university, she began working for New York representative Jack Kemp. From Wikipedia
