BMC to Present Regulated Pigeon Feeding Plan at Bombay High Court

The BMC will propose controlled grain distribution, new suburban feeding zones and staggered timings at an August 7 Bombay High Court hearing after sealing historic sites led to community protests and mass pigeon deaths.
