Stephan Harbarth is the president of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany, former German lawyer and politician of the Christian Democratic Union. From 2009 until 2018 he served as member of the Bundestag. On 22 November 2018 he was elected to the Federal Constitutional Court by the Bundestag.
