Thomas Jones Goodwin is an American former professional baseball player and the current first base coach for the Atlanta Braves. He played in Major League Baseball for 14 seasons, primarily as a center fielder, from 1991 to 2004. As a player, he was listed at 6 feet 1 inch and 165 pounds; he batted left-handed and threw right-handed. Goodwin has coached in MLB for the New York Mets and Boston Red Sox.
