Torghar District (Pashto: تور غر ولسوالۍ, Urdu: ضلع تورغر) formerly also known as Kala Dhaka (Hindko: کالا ڈهاکہ) is the smallest district in Pakistan of Abaseen Division in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
