Dana August Dimel was an American college football coach and player. He served as the head football coach of the University of Wyoming from 1997 to 1999, the University of Houston from 2000 to 2002, and the University of Texas at El Paso from 2018 to 2023, compiling a career head coaching record of 50–88.
