Ally Mackay is a Scottish former footballer and executive, who is currently the general manager and Chief Soccer Officer for D.C. United of Major League Soccer.
Prior to his role with D.C. United, Mackay was the general manager of Nashville SC in MLS, and beforehand was a player agent Stellar Group Agency.
Mackay played American college soccer for the University of Evansville and academy youth football for Partick Thistle.
