Mamiko Tanaka is a Japanese former professional basketball player. She played four seasons for the Fujitsu Red Wave of the Women's Japan Basketball League from 2019 to 2023. She represented Japan at the international youth and collegiate level. She is the wife of baseball player Shohei Ohtani.
