Thomas Douglas Homan is an American law enforcement officer and political commentator who served as acting director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from January 30, 2017 to June 29, 2018. In November 2024, President-elect Donald Trump designated Homan as "border czar" during Trump's second presidency.
Homan advocates deportation of illegal immigrants and opposes sanctuary city policies.
