Manipal Hospitals to Acquire Sahyadri in ₹6,400 Crore Deal

Backed by Temasek along with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, the transaction expands Manipal’s western India footprint to 49 hospitals with about 12,000 beds pending regulatory approval.
