Draft Plan Moves New Ukrainian Arrivals to Asylum Benefits Without Budget Relief

Under inter-ministerial review, the draft cuts support for Ukrainians arriving since April 1 to 441 euros a month, removes job-center integration services, redistributes costs to states and municipalities.
