South Texas Groups Sue to Block State Land Swap with SpaceX

A coalition of environmental and indigenous groups has filed a lawsuit against the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, challenging the legality of a land swap that would give SpaceX 43 acres of Boca Chica State Park.
