High Court Demands Punjab Government Explain Delayed FIR in Colonel Assault Case

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has given the Punjab government until March 28 to address procedural lapses in the investigation of the alleged assault on Colonel Pushpinder Singh Bath and his son by police personnel.
