Oakland Teen Fatally Shot During Attempted Robbery While Walking to Soccer Practice

Derbing Jose Alvarado Gonzalez, a 15-year-old student at Cristo Rey De La Salle East Bay High School, was killed Monday in East Oakland during a struggle over his backpack.
