Norwegian Police Conclude Investigation of Marius Borg Høiby’s 23 Alleged Crimes

The State Prosecutor’s Office will decide on charging the 28-year-old with alleged rapes, assaults, breaches of restraining orders as well as traffic offences identified after a ten-month probe.
