Chicago Officer Sues City and CPD Colleagues Over Alleged Racist Harassment and Unlawful Detention

The federal complaint says fellow officers encircled Anthony Banks after he de-escalated a confrontation with a pregnant woman and later sent a racist image to his work phone.
