Federal Judge Temporarily Halts Biden Administration from Removing Texas Razor Wire at Border

Judge Alia Moses issues a restraining order against the Biden administration that prevents further removal of concertina wire installed by Texas along the U.S.-Mexico border due to alleged violations of federal property rights.
