German Court Rejects Ex-BSI Chief Schönbohm’s Claim for Damages Against Interior Ministry

Arne Schönbohm's lawsuit alleging a breach of duty by the Interior Ministry after his dismissal following a satirical TV report has been dismissed by a Cologne court.
