Off-Duty LAPD Officer and Passenger Killed in High-Speed DUI Collision, Suspect to be Charged with Gross Vehicular Manslaughter

20-year-old Brian David Oliveri, suspected of driving drunk and at over 100 mph, critically injured and charged with gross vehicular manslaughter; among crash victims is Officer Darrell Cunningham, known as "hard-working, honest" along with an unidentified passenger, with an off-duty San Bernardino County deputy sheriff also severely injured.
