Coroner Faults Rotherham Council for Failings in Foster Carer's Death, to Issue Prevention Report

South Yorkshire coroner Marilyn Whittle will issue a prevention of future deaths report after concluding that council shortcomings in risk assessments and information sharing contributed to Marcia Grant’s death.
