• Human skeletal remains found on Sept. 24 in the Ventura Riverbed south of Baldwin Road were identified as the 21-year-old Ojai Valley woman.
• Authorities say a conservancy crew clearing invasive plants discovered the remains roughly 2 to 2.5 miles from Valora’s home in Mira Monte.
