Zomato Hires 18 for High-Impact Roles, Including Two Chiefs of Staff

Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal announced that 18 individuals have joined the company and its group firms, including Blinkit, in high-impact roles.
Among the new hires, two individuals have taken on Chief of Staff roles, while four work directly with Goyal.
The hiring process reviewed over 18,000 applications, with 150 candidates interviewed and 30 job offers extended so far.
Goyal clarified that no applicants were required to pay the initially proposed ₹20 lakh fee, which he described as a filter to identify serious candidates.
The new hires include startup founders, engineers, operators, and recent graduates, selected for their long-term vision and potential to shape the company’s future.
