Overview

  • Zoho officially launched Zia LLM in three parameter sizes – 1.3 billion, 2.6 billion and 7 billion – trained for business workflows on NVIDIA’s AI computing platform.
  • The models are deployed across Zoho’s data centres in the US, India and Europe to keep enterprise data within its own infrastructure.
  • Zoho introduced in-house automatic speech recognition models for English and Hindi with plans to expand to other Indian and European languages.
  • Zia Agent Studio, a prompt-based low-code platform, offers over 700 built-in actions and more than 25 prebuilt AI agents for tasks like candidate screening and deal analysis.
  • The company will maintain support for third-party LLM integrations including ChatGPT, Llama and DeepSeek while promoting its proprietary model to lower costs and preserve data sovereignty.
