Zoé Launches Sold-Out Five-Show Estadio GNP Run With Rain-Delayed, 60,000-Person Opener

Opening night blended a Memo Rex retrospective with a Mexico City live debut that points to the band’s next phase.

Overview

  • Hello Seahorse! opened the Sept. 27 concert, which began after a weather delay and wrapped shortly after midnight.
  • The city’s SSC deployed 1,855 personnel with vehicles, a Cóndores helicopter and canine units as part of a security and traffic operation covering all dates.
  • The set leaned into Memo Rex Commander with large-scale visuals, included a “Palestina libre” message during “Paz,” and featured Denise Gutiérrez on “Luna.”
  • New single “Rexsexex” received its first live performance in Mexico City, with 2025 track “Campo de fuerza” also in the set.
  • All five shows are sold out, with remaining dates on Sept. 28, early October and Nov. 13 featuring rotating guests such as Porter, Rey Pila, Usted Señálemelo and Macario Martínez; the band also announced a 2006–2026 book project.
