Overview

  • The IP67-rated Aqua floats and can take off and land on water, righting itself if flipped, with over 15 autonomous tracking modes and a top tracking speed of about 34 mph.
  • A new Lighthouse wearable serves as a remote and creates a Virtual Tether so the drone can locate and return to the user if it drifts while idle on the water.
  • Imaging specs include a 1/1.3-inch sensor capturing up to 4K/100fps, a hydrophobic self-heating lens to shed droplets, a 1.6-inch AMOLED preview screen, and 128GB of internal storage.
  • The drone weighs under 249 grams, which means no FAA registration is required for recreational use in the U.S.
  • Zero Zero Robotics says review units are expected in Q4 2025, with campaign backers slated to receive their drones in Q1 2026.
