Director Denis Villeneuve has expressed his desire to make a third 'Dune' film and confirmed that a script for the potential movie is almost finished.
The upcoming 'Dune: Part Two' is set to hit theaters on March 1, 2024, and is described by Villeneuve as more of an action film than the first part.
New cast members for 'Dune: Part Two' include Austin Butler as Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen, Florence Pugh as Princess Irulan, Léa Seydoux as Lady Margot, and Christopher Walker as Emperor Shaddam IV.
'Dune: Part Two' will explore the journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while seeking revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family.
