Ukraine is expected to negotiate a bilateral agreement with the U.S. over the exploitation of its mineral resources, which could be critical for securing renewed American support.
Zelensky has called for a ceasefire and prisoner exchange as part of peace efforts, but Russia has dismissed the idea, accusing Ukraine of using it as a stalling tactic.
