Zelda Expansion Speculated for Super Nintendo World

Sighting of Zelda Producer Eiji Aonuma at Universal Studios Sparks Rumors

Eiji Aonuma, the producer of The Legend of Zelda series, was spotted in a video from Universal Studios on-site at one of the parks, sparking speculation of a Zelda-themed expansion to the Super Nintendo World theme park.
The video, which showed Aonuma alongside Nintendo icon Shigeru Miyamoto at a construction site, was swiftly removed from the internet, further fueling speculation.
Super Nintendo World, which currently features attractions based on the Mario and Donkey Kong franchises, is set to open at Universal Studios Orlando in 2025.
Rumors of a Zelda-themed expansion have been circulating for years, with suggestions that it could replace the existing Lost Continent attraction at Universal Orlando.
Despite the speculation, Nintendo has yet to officially announce anything Hyrule-themed for Super Nintendo World.
