The decision to exclude Uthoff from the February 11 episode was made mutually between him and ZDF, with plans for him to return to the show on March 11 after the election.
The episode aired as scheduled with co-host Maike Kühl leading the program, drawing approximately 1.85 million viewers and an 11.5% market share.
