Zay Flowers Limited in Ravens Practice With Minor Hamstring Issue

The limited designation is part of the Ravens’ cautious rep management and a return to full practice would be the clearest sign he can play in the opener.

The Ravens listed Zay Flowers as a limited participant at Wednesday practice because of a hamstring issue while he worked early with a trainer and did position drills.
Flowers told reporters he feels well and said a move to full participation in the next few days would be a strong indicator he can play in Week 1 against the Colts.
Defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike, linebacker Teddye Buchanan and receiver Devontez Walker were also limited in the same practice and are being eased back into team work.
Madubuike and Buchanan are recovering from 2025 season-ending injuries so the team is monitoring their reps to protect depth on the defensive line and at linebacker.
The Ravens have deliberately limited Flowers’ preseason snaps after an earlier quad contusion and are prioritizing regular-season health over preseason availability.
