Overview
- President Asif Ali Zardari began a three-day visit after landing late Monday and being received by senior Qatari officials at Hamad International Airport.
 - The Nov. 4–6 gathering brings leaders together to advance social development, promote decent work and strengthen inclusive safety nets.
 - Zardari is scheduled to meet Qatar’s leadership and heads of multilateral forums, including the United Nations and other international organizations.
 - He will spotlight the Benazir Income Support Programme as Pakistan’s primary social protection tool for poverty reduction and resilience.
 - Pakistan will seek partnerships and financing, citing the SDG Stimulus, debt-for-social or climate swaps and South–South cooperation under China’s Global Development Initiative.
