Zara and Other Inditex Labels Reappear in Russia Through Tvoe Stores

The Russian chain describes the move as a sale of acquired inventory rather than a brand relaunch.

Overview

  • Items from Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti and Oysho went on sale September 22 in nine Tvoe locations across seven cities, with three sites in Moscow listed on the chain’s store map and a new website tab highlighting the lines.
  • Tvoe’s hotline confirmed availability and pointed shoppers to Moscow malls Arena Plaza, MARi and Kaleidoskop.
  • Consultants told TASS the merchandise represents Inditex stock purchased by Tvoe and not new deliveries or a restart of brand operations, calling it a limited, opportunistic sale.
  • On-the-ground checks found the brands occupy roughly a quarter of racks in at least one store and are priced above Tvoe’s usual range, while staff said the pieces may be last-season collections.
  • Inditex suspended Russian operations in March 2022 and later agreed to sell its local business to Daher, and there is no direct corporate statement on the current retail placement.
