• Her non-extendable 127-day leave ended on October 2, returning her as the titular deputy while her substitute, Coronel Tadeu, vacates the seat.
• The Chamber will now record her absences, and under the Constitution a deputy loses the mandate if unexcused absences exceed one-third of sessions in the legislative year.
• A separate cassation case runs in the Chamber’s Constitution and Justice Commission after videoconference hearings, with up to ten sessions to vote and any loss of mandate requiring 257 votes in the plenary.
• The STF in May sentenced her to 10 years and 8 months for the CNJ system invasion and document falsification, plus 5 years and 3 months for illegal firearm possession and coercion in a 2022 incident.
