  • On May 1, Indiana State Police clocked Edey driving 101 mph in a 55 mph zone on State Road 25 in Tippecanoe County.
  • He was cited for misdemeanor reckless driving, released at the scene without arrest and is set to appear before Judge Michael A. Morrissey on June 23.
  • Edey told the trooper he accelerated to pass a slower vehicle but offered no further explanation for the excessive speed.
