YouTubers Face Legal Scrutiny Over Controversial 'India's Got Latent' Show

Statements are being recorded as accusations of obscenity and vulgarity lead to multiple FIRs against creators and panelists of the YouTube show.

Ashish Chanchlani, a panelist on the 'India's Got Latent' show, recorded his statement with the Guwahati Crime Branch and was granted interim bail earlier this month.
The controversy stems from allegations of obscenity and sexually explicit discussions during the show, including offensive remarks made by Ranveer Allahbadia.
Notices have been served to other accused, including Ranveer Allahbadia, Samay Raina, Apoorva Mukhija, and Jaspreet Singh, but many have yet to comply with the investigation.
Samay Raina, the show's host, has removed all episodes from YouTube and stated his intention to fully cooperate with authorities.
The Supreme Court has restricted the accused from broadcasting any further content related to the show until investigations are completed.
