YouTuber Yung Filly Faces Court for Sexual Assault Charges and Admits to Reckless Driving

The UK rapper and social media star pleaded guilty to driving over 50 km/h above the speed limit in Perth while on bail for multiple sexual assault-related charges.

Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, known as Yung Filly, is facing eight charges, including sexual penetration without consent, assault causing bodily harm, and choking-related offenses.
The alleged assault occurred in a Perth hotel room in September following a nightclub performance during his Australian tour.
While on bail, Yung Filly admitted to driving at 158 km/h on a highway with a 100 km/h limit, leading to his car being impounded.
His bail conditions, which include staying in Western Australia and avoiding social media discussions of the case, were modified to reduce mandatory police check-ins from daily to three times a week.
The court has adjourned both the reckless driving and sexual assault cases to January 30, with prosecutors indicating the sexual assault case will focus on the issue of consent.
