Japanese influencer Hajimesyacho has hit the daily spending limit since the game's October launch, amassing 50,000 virtual cards.

Hajimesyacho, a popular Japanese YouTuber with over 15.5 million subscribers, has spent an estimated $8,500 since the game's release by consistently reaching the daily spending cap of 720 Poké Gold.
The game imposes a daily spending limit to prevent excessive in-app purchases, but the maximum daily cost still amounts to approximately $105.
Pokémon TCG Pocket has been a financial success, earning over $403 million in revenue as of January 7, 2025, just three months after its launch.
Upcoming features for the game include a trading system and a new expansion, A2, set for release on January 29, 2025.
