Choi faces federal charges after directing a video where fireworks were shot from a helicopter at a luxury sports car without proper permits.

Suk Min Choi, known as Alex Choi, was charged with causing the placement of an explosive on an aircraft.
The video, titled 'Destroying a Lamborghini with Fireworks,' was posted on July 4, 2023, and has since been removed.
Authorities believe the stunt was filmed on federal land in California without necessary permits.
Choi allegedly purchased the fireworks in Nevada due to their illegality in California.
If convicted, Choi could face up to 10 years in federal prison.
