Overview

• Google and NBCUniversal confirmed a long-term distribution agreement that retains NBC, Telemundo, Bravo, CNBC, MSNBC and the full NBCU portfolio on YouTube TV, with financial terms undisclosed.
• Peacock will be offered in the coming months as a subscription through YouTube Primetime Channels, alongside a multi-year extension of Peacock availability across Google’s Android platforms including Google Play and Google TV.
