Youtube Star MrBeast Buys Out Entire Neighborhood for Friends and Family

Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, has purchased multiple modest homes in North Carolina surrounding the home he bought in 2018.
Donaldson lives in a $318,000 four-bedroom house and has bought the surrounding properties for his family, friends, and employees.
The homes are not extravagant, and Donaldson has paid various prices for each one except for one purchase in 2020 for $263,000.
One home remains on the street, but the family will likely sell once the children finish school.
Donaldson, YouTube's top earner, films videos in a large studio warehouse and has increased security after a previous break-in.
