Overview

  • Starting in September, fans can subscribe month to month, with pricing at $85 for new YouTube TV users, $115 for returning YouTube TV subscribers, and $145 on YouTube, while the full-season pass is $276.
  • The monthly plan costs more than spreading a season pass over four months, adding about $16 per month for new users and $20.50 for returning users, and there is still no weekly or single-game option.
  • YouTube will phase in new Multiview combinations that mix local and national broadcasts, expanding how many games viewers can watch in a single frame.
  • On September 5, YouTube will host a free global livestream of Chargers–Chiefs from São Paulo with dedicated Watch With streams by iShowSpeed, Tom Grossi, Robegrill, and SKabeche, plus analysis from Rich Eisen and Kurt Warner and a halftime performance by Karol G.
  • The updates come in YouTube’s third season holding exclusive Sunday Ticket rights after DirecTV’s 29-year run, as an appeal in the long-running antitrust case over the package proceeds to the Ninth Circuit.
