He discovered his win early in the morning on January 5 through the National Lottery app but initially thought it was a dream.
Clarkson celebrated the win with his close-knit family, enjoying a roast beef dinner and champagne at his grandparents' house.
Despite the massive windfall, he resumed work unclogging drains the following Monday, stating he is too young to stop working and wants to stay grounded.
Clarkson plans to use his winnings to pay off his parents' mortgage, purchase a car, and take a luxury vacation, while continuing to work toward his heating engineer qualifications.
