Young Man Dies After Falling Into Colorado National Park Waterfall

A 25-year-old tourist from Rhode Island fell to his death at West Creek Falls in Rocky Mountain National Park on Sunday evening.
The man's body was recovered and transported to the Larimer County Coroner's office to determine the official cause of death.
Rocky Mountain National Park covers over 400 square miles and sees over 4 million visitors annually, many of whom come to enjoy the park's scenic waterfalls and hiking trails.
Park officials warn visitors to exercise caution around bodies of water, especially this time of year when rivers and streams are cold, fast-flowing, and potentially dangerous.
The identity of the man has not yet been released pending notification of his next of kin.
