- Yoto announced its 4th-generation Yoto Player and Yoto Mini on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, and opened pre-orders with the Mini shipping around Sept. 30 and the full-sized Player around Oct. 15.
- The headline feature is a new physical Green Button that parents program in the Yoto app to store up to 20 favourites so children can play stories, songs or digital-only content without inserting physical Yoto Cards.
- Both models double local storage to 64GB—about 1,000 hours of audio—and adopt Wi‑Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.1 and newer processors to speed downloads, pairing and general performance.
- The Yoto Mini 4th Gen gains an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance and the full-sized Player adds a seven-colour full-panel night light, improved stereo speakers, USB-C and wireless charging, and Yoto plans a user-replaceable battery kit in 2027 plus a two-year warranty.
