- Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath used a project inauguration to say Sant Kabir belonged to a Nirgun tradition that criticized both Hindu orthodoxy and Islamic fundamentalism and to claim Hindus revere Kabir while Muslims are less receptive to his legacy.
