Overview

  • Scheduled for November 23–29 at the Defence Expo Ground in Vrindavan Yojana, the Jamboree is set to host 28,000–29,000 participants from India, 1,000–2,000 international attendees and about 5,000 staff and volunteers.
  • The site plan outlines roughly 300 acres with a 7-kilometre perimeter, 3,500 tents, 2,200 toilets, 1,700 bathrooms, 100 kitchens and four central kitchens.
  • The main arena spans about 1 million square feet with capacity for 30,000 spectators, 12 entry gates, 11 LED screens and a VVIP gallery with five German hangars.
  • Security and health provisions include a 100-bed hospital, 16 dispensaries, a police station with multiple posts, a control room, a dedicated fire station with 11 tenders and round-the-clock CCTV with night vision and face detection.
  • Plans include an IT and AI hub, RFID-based smart ID cards and a WhatsApp update system, plus a two-day drone show, adventure activities and visible integration of themes on self-reliance, cleanliness and sustainability.
