Yemen and Saudi Coalition Agree to Historic Prisoner Exchange

Saudi Arabia released hundreds of Houthi rebel prisoners as part of a U.N.-brokered agreement.
Nearly 900 detainees were returned to Yemen overseen by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
additional Houthi prisoners were released by Saudi Arabia outside the main exchange agreement.
Negotiators plan to meet again next month to discuss releasing more prisoners in order to help stabilize a cease-fire and peace talks.
The conflict in Yemen is seen as a proxy war between Saudi Arabia and Iran who back opposing sides.
